What We're Teaching

For a lot of us, recess is one of our favorite parts of the school day. We get to play dodgeball, hopscotch, or race our friends around the play area. Recess helps us to stay active so we can grow strong, but it also gives is a chance to grow in our relationships. In this five-week series, kids will discover through the stories in the books of Judges, Ruth, and 1 Samuel the unexpected ways God can help them grow. As they do, they'll learn how God helps us grow stronger, helps us belong, answers our prayers, tells us what is true, and can use anything we give.

GC Kids

GC Kids exists to equip kids with a strong biblical foundation, allowing them to identify where they fit in God’s story.

We want to show them God’s love for them and help them navigate what to do in response to that love. Rest assured that we practice safety and emergency protocols, and vet our leaders with background checks and have accountability steps in place. We look forward to the honor of spending time with your kids!

Birth – 2 Years

Nursery

Check in your infant or toddler and then continue through the gym past Kids Zone and Lil Kids to find our Nursery area. You’ll find a playful environment with tons of toys and comfort items for every babe, and qualified caregivers to give the very best care to your little one. Your baby will be comforted and entertained while you enjoy service!

3 Years – Kindergarten

Lil Kids

Through the gym and past the Kid Zone area you’ll find Lil Kids. With a bounce house, activity tables, scooters, and more – these kids have all the fun! Your child will learn about faith and how their lives can be changed through Jesus as they’re captivated by worship songs and Bible-based storytelling. Snacks are provided during service each week for kids in this ministry.

1st – 3rd Grade

Kids Zone

The Kids Zone located straight through the double doors right after check-in is the ultimate place for your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade student to spend a Sunday morning! Excitement buzzes as fun music plays and kids mingle with their peers and enjoy activities like the bounce house, games, coloring and more. After a Biblical lesson and wonderful worship songs to sing and dance to, discussion time in groups helps kids in this area really begin to grasp spiritual concepts.

4th – 5th Grade

Bridge

Head left from check-in to the Bridge room with your 4th – 5th grade students to find an awesome spot for them to experience community. Video games and art stations sprawl around the room as kids join each other for activities and games. They’ll love singing the worship songs together and learning during a lesson crafted for their growing minds. Extended discussion and application time will deepen their understanding and build their faith.
