Tech Director - Woodinville Campus

We are a live preaching campus that works as a team globally with other Gold Creek campuses. As Tech Director you will be the point person for our Sunday service production elements and events as well as giving knowledge and support to other departments within the church. You will lead a team of volunteers and schedule them throughout the week. 

Weekly duties include but are not limited to; programing lights weekly, uploading all media content needed for service, maintaining equipment, taking part in creative aspects of service, managing the online streaming platform and leading Sunday service productions. Other duties as needed.

  • -Is a self starter, has strong personal management skills
  • -Willingness to work alongside Worship Pastor to lead and execute creative vision for the future of Gold Creek.
  • Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • -Proficient with audio consoles and audio routing (A&H, Dante)
  • -Experience with lighting programs (lightkey)
  • -Experience with online streaming (Resi)
  • -Experience in creative stage design and implementation preferred
  • -Experience with ProPresenter and video routing softwares
  • -Experience with Planning Center Online
  • -Basic understanding of RG6 (SDI) and RJ45 (Ethernet) connections and routings
  • -Strong desire for appealing design
  • -Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively
  • -Strong desire to learn new aspects of technology
  • -Knowledge of computers, softwares, and differences in Mac vs PC
  • Pay Range
  • 38k-41k Annually
Personal Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities
  • -Oversight and direction of all production elements for Sundays (i.e., sound, lighting, video, graphics, stage management)
  • -Recruit and build on the existing tech serving team. This includes scheduling, filling gaps in rotation regardless of when they occur, and training up new team members. 
  • -Oversee and assist all AV equipment for weekend services, mid-week ministries, and other events
  • -Troubleshooting tech related issues across ministries
  • -Manage the installation of new equipment
  • -Maintain current equipment
  • -Use the technology available to achieve creative vision
