Gold Creek Community Church is looking for an Associate Pastor of Worship and Connection for our Lake Stevens Campus. This is our 3rd campus in Snohomish County. We are located in one of the fastest growing suburbs in Washington. We have a healthy church body with a piece of land we purchased and are currently developing. We need someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to grow with this church!
We are in need of an Associate Pastor whose primary responsibility is Worship.
The Associate Pastor will help with the weekend experience through service planning, design, and execution. This includes: Web/Streaming content, worship team management, tech knowledge and support, team training and discipleship.
The Associate Pastor will support the Campus Pastor and will help with logistics for various ministries and connection points for the church. This may include: Website management, connection teams, community involvement and any other vision related ministry.
He/she will need to show a musical talent and ability that will help lead our church body connect with God. They must be a strong vocalist and natural leader. The ability to play an instrument(s) is also important.
Above all, they must be a committed, faithful follower of Christ and be able to articulate and demonstrate that commitment.
